Pricing
₹10 per quotation sent
About $0.11. One plan, every feature, any number of users. You are billed for work that goes out of the door — building, pricing and revising a quotation costs nothing.
What that comes to
Multiply your own quote volume by ₹10. That is the whole calculation, which is rather the point.
| Shop | Quotations sent a month | Per month | Per month (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A two-person workshop | 20 | ₹200 | $2.27 |
| A busy small shop | 60 | ₹600 | $6.82 |
| A shop with a sales desk | 150 | ₹1,500 | $17 |
| A regional fabricator | 400 | ₹4,000 | $45 |
Dollar figures are converted at a fixed 88 to the dollar, not a live rate, so the published price does not change while you are reading it. Work out your own number with the quoting cost calculator.

Worth doing the arithmetic yourself
Take the last quotation that went out at the wrong number — the one where a cell was stale or a gauge was wrong and you found out after you had won it. Whatever that cost, compare it with ₹10. That comparison is the honest case for this, and you can make it faster than we can.
Pricing questions
What counts as a quotation sent?
A quotation that leaves the building — downloaded as a PDF, exported to Excel, or opened to the customer as a shared link. Building it, pricing it, revising it and arguing about it internally are all free. A revision of a quotation you have already sent counts again only when you send the revision.
Why per quotation and not per user?
Because quote volume is the thing that actually differs between a two-person workshop and a forty-person shop, and it is a number an owner already knows without being asked. Per-user pricing punishes you for letting a second estimator near the system, which is the opposite of what this is for.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No minimum and no lock-in. A quiet month costs less than a busy one, which is the point of charging this way. Your data is yours — quotations, clients, rates and formulas can be exported.
What does it cost in dollars?
$0.11 per quotation sent, converted from ₹10 at a fixed rate of 88 to the dollar rather than a live one, so the published figure does not move underneath you. A US shop sending sixty quotations a month is looking at about $6.82 a month.
What happens in a month where we send nothing?
You pay nothing. There is no seat charge sitting underneath the usage, which is the whole reason for pricing this way — a fabrication shop's year is not flat and its software bill should not be either.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Send us a quotation you have already produced and we will build the same job and price it, so you can judge it against a number you already believe rather than against a demo built to flatter itself.
