Privacy policy
Last updated 3 September 2026
This policy covers two different things, and the difference matters. The first is this website, quotationtwin.sazinga.com, which anybody can visit. The second is the Quotation Twin application, which only customers sign into. They collect different data for different reasons.
Both are operated by Sazinga Digital Services Private Limited (trading as Sazinga), CIN U72900PN2015PTC155920, registered at Flat No. 1, Ganesh Chambers, Urmila Housing Society, Dhankawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411043, India.
This website
The site is static HTML. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request and therefore your IP address; nothing else on the page talks to anybody but us.
If you fill in the form
We store what you type and a little about the request:
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number if you give one.
- Your message.
- The IP address the message came from, your browser's user-agent string, and which page you submitted from.
The technical three are kept for one reason: the form is public, and without them we cannot tell a real enquiry from an automated one or apply the limit of five submissions an hour that keeps the form usable.
We use this to reply to you and to talk to you about Quotation Twin. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers. It is stored on our own servers in the same database as the application, and it is kept until you ask us to delete it or until it is plainly of no further interest — whichever comes first.
The application
If your business uses Quotation Twin, the data you put into it — your clients, your rates, your formulas, your quotations — belongs to you. We hold it to run the service for you and for no other purpose. We do not use one customer's pricing to inform another's, and we do not use it to train anything.
Each business is a separate tenant. Every record carries the company it belongs to, every query is filtered by it, and signing in requires a company code as well as a username and password. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are not recoverable by us or by anybody else.
Accounts are created by an administrator rather than by self-service, so we know who is in the system. Within a business, access is controlled by roles built from individual permissions, and changes are recorded in an audit log.
Shared quotation links
A quotation can be published as a link that needs no login, so that a customer can open it. That link is a long unguessable token; anybody holding it can see that one quotation and nothing else. Sharing is off unless it is switched on for that quotation, and it can be switched off again or the link regenerated at any time. Only share a quotation with somebody you intend to see it.
Who else sees anything
Our hosting provider, as the operator of the servers the software runs on. Email reaches us through our mail provider. That is the extent of it — there is no advertising network, no analytics vendor, and no data broker anywhere in this.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it. For a website enquiry we will do that on request. For application data we will act on the instruction of the business whose tenant it is.
- Ask for a copy of your application data in a usable format.
Email sumit@sazingadigital.com. We answer within a working day and act within thirty days.
Children
This is business software sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects customers, we will tell them rather than relying on them to notice.
